AyraVerse is an independent, India-based product studio. We build Ayra — a browser-based AI anime companion with a real-time voice, persistent per-user memory, and a 3D avatar that actually reacts to you. Not a catalog of a thousand characters: one companion, engineered end-to-end.

What AyraVerse operates

Our product is Ayra, available as a web application at kizuna.ayraverse.com — no install required. Ayra offers text and voice conversations, five personality modes, persistent memory, Watch with Ayra (co-watching YouTube videos with live reactions), and a live voice presence in Discord. This site (ayraverse.com) is where we publish product information, pricing, policies, and our learning center.

The service runs on a free tier (daily credits, optional rewarded ads and credit top-ups) and an Ayra Plus subscription at ₹499/month in India. Details are on the pricing page; the technical and legal specifics of every feature are documented across this site rather than left as marketing claims.

Why AyraVerse exists

Most AI companion products are built for US pricing and Western defaults, and most compete on character count. We saw a different opportunity: an India-first companion — priced in rupees, payable by UPI, tuned for how English is actually spoken here — where the quality bar is depth with one character, not breadth across many. Ayra is that bet: a companion with a voice of her own, memory that persists, and a face that reacts in real time.

We publish what we learn while building it. Our learning center covers the engineering honestly — pipelines, tradeoffs, limitations — because a product that explains itself is a product worth trusting.

Who operates AyraVerse

AyraVerse is operated by ASHOK BANKA KUSHWAHA, from Sachin, Surat, Gujarat, India. It is a founder-built product: one person working with AI tooling across engineering, design, content, and operations — supported by the services and infrastructure credited below. We choose to state that plainly rather than inflate a team; the product is the evidence.

Content on this site is produced under our editorial policy, and authorship is attributed to the AyraVerse Team, which represents the people who build and operate Ayra.
